All items purchased from Once Upon a Bookstore are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Contact the shipping carrier

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
